  • Right to rectification of your personal data, pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation, where the accuracy of such data is disputed;

  • Right to completion of your personal data, pursuant to Article 16 of the Regulation, where the completeness of such data is disputed;

  • Right to erasure of your personal data, pursuant to Article 17 of the Regulation, unless the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, where:

    • the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

    • you have exercised your right to object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing that take precedence over your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms;

    • the processing of your personal data has been found to be unlawful;

    • the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under applicable law;

  • Right to restriction of processing of your personal data, pursuant to Article 18 of the Regulation, where:

    • the accuracy of your personal data is contested, for the period necessary for BRAVI-PLATFORMS SRL to verify the accuracy of such personal data;

    • the processing of your personal data has been found to be unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and instead request the restriction of their use;

    • BRAVI-PLATFORMS SRL no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require the data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;

    • you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the Regulation, pending verification of whether the legitimate grounds of BRAVI-PLATFORMS SRL override your interests, rights and freedoms;

  • Right to data portability, pursuant to Article 20 of the Regulation, meaning the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided to BRAVI-PLATFORMS SRL, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have such data transmitted directly to another Data Controller;

  • Right to object to the processing of your personal data, pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation, where you contest that the legitimate interests pursued by BRAVI-PLATFORMS SRL override your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

BRAVI-PLATFORMS SRL is required to comply with any exercise of the rights listed above without undue delay.

Your right to lodge a complaint:
As a Data Subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) if you believe that the processing of your personal data carried out by BRAVI-PLATFORMS SRL does not comply with the Regulation, pursuant to Article 77 thereof. Nature of the provision of your personal data
